Key Responsibilities:

• Serve tea/coffee and water to staff and visitors.

• Handle incoming and outgoing courier deliveries.

• Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.

• Monitor and replenish office supplies and pantry stock.

• Support basic errands such as bank visits, utility payments, or purchasing office needs.

• Help in setting up meeting rooms and maintaining order.
