Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to handle routine office tasks and assist in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be punctual, disciplined, and have a positive attitude toward supporting office staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

• Keep the office premises, workstations, and meeting rooms clean and organized.

• Handle outdoor tasks such as delivering documents, collecting couriers, and banking-related work.

• Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical support.

• Maintain stock of pantry and cleaning supplies.

• Support administrative staff in basic tasks when required.

• Ensure the office environment is neat, tidy, and welcoming at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: SSLC / 10th pass or equivalent.

• Prior experience as an office boy or helper is an advantage.

• Honest, reliable, and well-presented.

• Ability to handle multiple small tasks efficiently.

• Willingness to run errands and assist in various departments as needed.
