Key Responsibilities:
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Handle office cleaning and maintain hygiene of pantry, washrooms, and work areas
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical tasks
Collect, distribute, and deliver documents, files, and couriers within and outside the office
Monitor and manage pantry supplies and stationery stock
Ensure proper upkeep of office furniture and equipment
Support office staff with errands and small tasks as required
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and serving refreshments during meetings
Perform other related duties as assigned by the management
