We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Assistant who will manage day-to-day office operations and provide overall support to ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Open the office at 9:30 AM and ensure readiness for daily operations
Close the office after working hours and ensure all systems and areas are secured.
Handle day-to-day office activities and general housekeeping coordination.
Maintain the pantry, including preparation and serving of tea/coffee to staff and visitors.
Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of common areas, meeting rooms, and workspaces.
Assist staff with basic administrative and support tasks as required.
Support smooth coordination of internal office activities.
