Office Boy

Job Summary:

The Office Boy will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office pantry and ensuring timely service of tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and guests. The role also includes basic housekeeping support and assisting with daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to staff and visitors throughout the day.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry, kitchen, and refreshment area.

• Ensure pantry supplies (tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, etc.) are always stocked and inform admin when replenishment is needed.

• Clean utensils, cups, and glasses regularly and keep them neatly arranged.

• Serve water, snacks, or lunch during meetings or guest visits.

• Dispose of waste properly and keep the kitchen area neat and tidy at all times.

• Assist in receiving and storing kitchen or grocery supplies.

• Support basic office tasks such as photocopying, filing, or delivering internal documents when needed.

• Maintain good behavior, hygiene, and a professional attitude while interacting with staff and guests.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (or equivalent).

• Previous experience as an office boy, pantry attendant, or in a similar role preferred.

• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.

• Punctual, reliable, and well-presented.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Hours:

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
