Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the office (dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, chairs, etc.).
Serving tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handling pantry management – ensuring availability of water, tea, coffee, milk, snacks, etc.
Monitoring and refilling supplies (stationery, pantry items, cleaning materials).
Assisting in photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents when required.
Collecting and distributing couriers, posts, parcels, and other documents.
Assisting staff with small office tasks as directed (binding, packing, delivering files).
