Office Boy

Job Summary

The Office Boy will support daily office operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff with routine tasks, handling documents, and ensuring smooth administrative support across departments.
Key Responsibilities

1. Office Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness of office premises, workstations, meeting rooms, and pantry areas.

• Ensure proper arrangement of office supplies and furniture.

2. Pantry & Hospitality

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of pantry equipment and utensils.

3. Document & Courier Handling

• Deliver files, documents, and parcels within office departments.

• Assist in dispatching and receiving courier packages.

4. Office Support

• Assist staff with photocopying, scanning, and printing documents.

• Purchase office supplies and groceries when required.

5. Visitor Assistance

• Help guide visitors to meeting rooms or concerned departments.

• Ensure reception and meeting areas remain tidy.
