Office Boy

We are looking for a Office Boy to join our team to assist with daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. The key responsibility includes maintaining office cleanliness, handling documents, and supporting staff with basic tasks. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹15000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Office Boy Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Office Opening & Closing

  Opening office on time (switching on lights, AC, fans, computers if required).

  Checking cleanliness before staff arrival.

  Locking office properly after working hours.

  2. Pantry & Serving Work

  Making tea/coffee for staff and guests.

  Serving tea/coffee/water in cabins and meetings.

  Refilling and arranging water bottles.

  Keeping pantry area clean and organized.

  3. Cleaning & Housekeeping

  Dusting tables, chairs, and workstations daily.

  Sweeping and mopping the office area.

  Cleaning cabins, reception, and meeting rooms.

  Emptying dustbins and replacing liners.

  4. Outdoor Work

  Submitting cheques and documents in the bank.

  Collecting/delivering parcels or couriers.

  Purchasing small office items when required.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. The position requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
