Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Clean office furniture, workstations, pantry, and common areas.
Assist in photocopying, filing, and document distribution.
Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office supplies.
Monitor and replenish pantry and cleaning supplies.
Support office staff with routine administrative tasks.
Open and close the office as instructed.
Dispose of waste and maintain proper hygiene standards.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
High school education or equivalent is preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
Honest, punctual, and hardworking.
Good personal hygiene and grooming.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
