Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises (workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, etc.).
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as required.
Monitor and restock office supplies and pantry items.
Support administrative staff with errands such as depositing cheques, delivering documents, or purchasing office materials.
Ensure meeting rooms are clean, organized, and ready before meetings.
Follow company security and safety protocols at all times.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
