Job Summary:

The Office Boy will handle general administrative and clerical support tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, serving refreshments, running errands, and supporting office staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises (including pantry, meeting rooms, and workstations).

• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.

• Handle filing and document distribution within departments.

• Support office staff in photocopying, scanning, and binding documents.

• Run errands such as delivering documents, collecting supplies, etc.

• Assist in setting up meeting rooms before and after meetings.

• Ensure the pantry and kitchen are well-stocked and clean.

• Manage basic maintenance and alert the admin team of any repairs or maintenance needs.

• Handle reception area cleanliness and basic visitor assistance.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the manager or supervisor.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of office equipment (copier, scanner, etc.).

• Polite, well-groomed, and punctual.

• Physically fit to handle tasks requiring movement and lifting.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
