Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy / Peon to support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. The candidate should be punctual, disciplined, and willing to perform general office support duties.

Key Responsibilities

Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, pantry, and meeting rooms.

Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.

Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and other office materials.

Assist in loading, unloading, and moving office supplies when required.

Purchase office supplies and other items as instructed.

Support staff with routine office tasks.

Ensure office equipment and supplies are properly maintained.

Open and close the office as per company guidelines.

Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
