Job Description (JD) – Helper (Manufacturing Company)

Position: Helper

Department: Production / Manufacturing

Job Summary:
Helper ka kaam technicians aur production team ko daily manufacturing activities mein support karna, material handling karna aur workplace ko safe aur organized rakhna hoga.

Key Responsibilities:

Technicians ko machine operation aur maintenance activities mein assistance dena.
Raw materials, tools aur equipment ko arrange aur shift karna.
Production process mein technicians ke direction ke anusaar support karna.
Machine loading/unloading mein madad karna.
Finished goods aur materials ki packing aur movement mein support karna.
Work area ko saaf-suthra aur organized rakhna.
Safety guidelines aur company policies ka palan karna.
Production-related basic tasks ko assigned instructions ke anusaar complete karna.
Tools aur equipment ki safai aur proper storage sunishchit karna.

Requirements:

Minimum 10th Pass.
Manufacturing/Production environment mein experience preferred.
Physically fit aur hardworking.
Team ke saath kaam karne ki ability.
Safety rules follow karne ki samajh.

Working Hours:

As per company policy.

Salary:

As per company standards and experience.
