कार्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):

• ऑफिस की सामान्य साफ-सफाई और मेंटेनेंस का ध्यान रखना।

• स्टाफ को चाय, पानी और अन्य आवश्यक चीज़ें उपलब्ध कराना।

• बैंक, कुरियर, मार्केट या अन्य बाहर के कामों के लिए समय पर जाना।

• दस्तावेज़ों या पार्सल की डिलीवरी/कलेक्शन करना।

• छोटे-छोटे ऑफिस कार्यों में टीम को सहायता देना।

• विज़िटर्स को रिसीव करना और आवश्यकतानुसार गाइड करना।

• ऑफिस की वस्तुओं (स्टेशनरी, सफाई सामग्री आदि) की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करना।

योग्यता (Eligibility):

• न्यूनतम 10वीं पास

• भरोसेमंद और समय के पाबंद

• साफ-सुथरा व्यवहार और जिम्मेदार रवैया

• ऑफिस कार्यों का बुनियादी ज्ञान
