Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and document delivery within the office.
Run office errands such as depositing cheques, collecting documents, or handling courier deliveries.
Support administrative staff with filing, organizing, and other clerical duties as needed.
Ensure proper upkeep of office furniture and equipment.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry and kitchen areas.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments for meetings or events.
