We are looking for a Liasion officer / Document Handler to join our team to assist with daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. The key responsibility includes maintaining office documents , handling documents,filing , procuring documents from government offices and supporting staff with basic tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering documents and packages within the office.
Maintaining papers and organization of office spaces.
Getting documents from government offices.
Assisting with basic maintenance tasks.
Managing and restocking office supplies.
Supporting staff with various tasks as needed.
Ensuring all office equipment is functioning properly.
Handling minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th pass . The position requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
