Job Summary:
The Office Boy is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, supporting day-to-day office operations, and assisting staff with basic administrative and logistical tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of office premises, workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Handle office errands such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and document movement
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging materials
Manage office supplies and ensure pantry items are stocked
Handle courier dispatch and collection
Support basic administrative tasks as assigned by management
Assist in loading/unloading and movement of office items if required
Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain hygiene standards
