Key Responsibilities:
•Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
•Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, including desks, pantry, and common areas.
•Handle incoming and outgoing documents, files, and parcels.
•Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
•Help in setting up meeting rooms and arranging materials.
•Support administrative staff with basic tasks as needed.
•Dispose of waste properly and maintain hygiene standards.
