Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to support day-to-day office operations and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of office areas, meeting rooms, and pantry.
Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and basic office support tasks.
Distribute documents, files, and correspondence within the office.
Assist with bank, courier, post office, and other outside-office errands when required.
Purchase office stationery, pantry supplies, and other routine requirements.
Receive and dispatch courier and other office deliveries.
Assist employees and management with general office-related tasks.
Monitor pantry and office supplies and inform the concerned person when stocks are low.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
