Key Responsibilities:
Serve tea/coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness of office premises including workstations, reception area, meeting rooms, and washrooms.
Handle outdoor tasks like delivering documents, collecting items from banks or vendors, etc.
Assist in arranging and organizing office supplies and inventory management.
Prepare and set up meeting rooms before and after meetings.
Support staff with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Dispose of garbage and maintain hygiene in the office environment.
Assist in small maintenance tasks and coordinate with service providers when required.
Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality when handling official documents.
