Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and professional Office Girl to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be courteous, organized, and capable of performing a range of administrative and housekeeping duties to ensure a smooth working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve refreshments (tea/coffee/water) to staff and guests.

• Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including pantry, meeting rooms, and restrooms.

• Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery within departments.

• Ensure the pantry is stocked with required items (tea, coffee, sugar, etc.).

• Run basic errands outside the office (if required).

• Manage and monitor cleanliness and tidiness of the workspace.

• Support office staff with minor administrative tasks.

• Receive and distribute packages, couriers, and documents.

• Maintain office supplies inventory and notify concerned personnel when stocks are low.

• Welcome guests courteously and direct them to appropriate staff.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female

• Education: Minimum - 12th

• Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role (preferred)

• Basic understanding of office etiquette

• Good Behavioral approach

• Honest, punctual, and reliable & Trust worthy

• Presentable and well-groomed
