Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The Office Boy will be responsible for general clerical tasks, maintaining office cleanliness, and assisting staff with basic administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve refreshments (tea/coffee/water) to staff and guests.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the office, including meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.

• Handle errands such as photocopying, filing, and document delivery within the office.

• Assist in the handling and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.

• Replenish office supplies and pantry items as needed.

• Support staff with simple administrative tasks as requested.

• Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning materials and office essentials.

• Ensure all office equipment is clean and in working condition.

• Cooperate with administrative and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
