Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the cleanliness of the office premises, pantry, and washrooms
Serve tea/coffee and water to staff and visitors
Handle office stationery and pantry supplies
Assist in file handling, photocopying, scanning, and documentation
Handle courier, dispatch, and mail distribution
Support staff with day-to-day office requirements
Assist with outdoor office work, such as bank visits and bill payments
Set up meeting rooms when required
Ensure office hygiene and proper arrangement at all times
