Office Boy

Responsibilities:

• Office ki daily cleaning karna (tables, floors, pantry, meeting rooms).

• Staff aur visitors ko water/tea/coffee serve karna.

• Courier receive & dispatch karna.

• Pantry items ka stock maintain karna (chai, coffee, sugar, disposable cups, etc.)

• Office supplies (stationery, printer paper) check karna aur shortage batana.

• Meeting rooms ko ready rakhna.

• Basic office errands (photocopy, scanning, documents arrange karna).

• Office ke chote-mote kaam (bank deposit, document collection) as per requirement.

• Workstation ko neat & clean rakhna.

• Office staff ko basic support provide karna.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass (preferred but not mandatory).

• Cleanliness aur discipline ka dhyan rakhe.

• Responsible, punctual aur trustworthy hona chahiye.

• Basic communication skills.

• Office timings follow karne ki habit.

• Good and polite behaviour.
