Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Maintain cleanliness of office premises (desks, pantry, meeting rooms, etc.)
Handle incoming and outgoing documents, files, and packages
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic office tasks
Run errands such as banking, post office visits, or purchasing office supplies
Ensure office supplies (stationery, pantry items) are stocked and organized
Help set up meeting rooms when required
Support staff with minor tasks as assigned
