Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the showroom, office cabins, customer lounge, and washrooms.

• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and customers as required.

• Assist showroom staff with basic tasks such as photocopying, filing, sorting documents, and delivering files.

• Handle small outdoor tasks like depositing cheques, collecting documents, or visiting banks/other offices when needed.

• Support the sales and service teams with daily operational activities.

• Ensure the pantry area is clean and stocked with required supplies.

• Help in arranging and organizing the showroom floor, display vehicles, chairs, and customer seating area.

• Receive and manage courier packages, mails, and deliveries.

• Perform any additional duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills:

• Basic communication skills (Hindi/Odia preferred).

• Honest, punctual, and disciplined.

• Ability to handle multiple small tasks efficiently.

• Friendly and customer-supportive attitude.

Salary: As per company norms.
