Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Maintain cleanliness of office premises (desks, pantry, meeting rooms, etc.)
Handle office errands such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Deliver and collect documents within and outside the office when required
Assist in organizing meetings and setting up meeting rooms
Manage pantry supplies and ensure availability of necessary items
Support administrative staff in routine tasks
Handle incoming/outgoing courier and parcels
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Basic understanding of office work
Good behavior and communication skills
Honest, punctual, and responsible
