Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of office premises, including meeting rooms, workstations, Pantry Areas & Glasses.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff, clients, and visitors as required.
Assist in basic office maintenance tasks such as arranging furniture, watering plants, and minor repair-related activities.
Manage and replenish pantry supplies (tea, coffee, water, snacks, etc.).
Assist in basic landscaping activities, including tree planting and caring for office plants.
Monitor and ensure meeting rooms are prepared and organized for scheduled meetings.
Perform any other general office duties as assigned.
Sort materials as per the packing list and provided details.
Pack materials into boxes.
Carry out material dispatch activity – hand over materials to the transporter’s godown.
Visit the bank for documentation and courier-related tasks.
