Job Responsibilities
Keep the office clean and tidy at all times.
Clean and maintain the washrooms regularly.
Dust office furniture, desks, windows, and other office areas.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and food to the Director and office guests.
Maintain the pantry and ensure it is clean and organized.
Help with general office cleaning and housekeeping.
Dispose of waste and keep the office hygienic.
Refill pantry and washroom supplies when needed.
Assist with small office tasks such as photocopying, carrying documents, and other support work.
Set up meeting rooms when required.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management to support the smooth running of the office.
Requirements
Basic education.
Honest, responsible, and hardworking.
Good cleaning and housekeeping skills.
Polite and respectful behavior.
Able to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
Physically fit to perform cleaning and office support duties.
