Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, washrooms, etc.)
Serve tea, coffee and refreshments to staff and guests
Handle guest hospitality (welcoming visitors, offering water/tea/coffee, assisting them)
Assist employees with basic office needs and support tasks
Manage pantry supplies and ensure the availability of refreshments
Handle office errands such as photocopying, filing and document movement
Assist in setting up meeting rooms before and after meetings
Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain cleanliness standards
Support administrative tasks as assigned.
