- Keep the place clean and follow your training
- Put office items in their proper place
- Arrange and store files properly
- Keep yourself clean
Open and close the office gates on time daily.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
Maintain cleanliness in the office, including workspaces and kitchen areas.
Handle basic office errands, such as purchasing office supplies and delivering documents.
Support administrative tasks such as mailing letters, handling couriers, and assisting with office inventory.
Ensure the office is tidy and well-organized at all times.
Assist staff with minor tasks, such as setting up meeting rooms and arranging chairs.
Monitor pantry and office supplies and restock when necessary.
Follow company policies and safety guidelines while performing duties.
