Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors.
Ensure cleanliness of the office (desks, meeting rooms, pantry, etc.).
Handle basic office maintenance and report issues to Admin.
Monitor and restock pantry supplies (tea, coffee, snacks, etc.).
Collect and deliver documents within and outside the office.
Support in setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments.
Run office errands such as bank visits, postal work, or purchases.
Assist staff with minor tasks like photocopying, printing, etc.
Follow hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
