Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises.

• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.

• Handle office pantry work and ensure items are well stocked.

• Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.

• Deliver documents within the office or to nearby locations when required.

• Support staff with basic office tasks and errands.

• Ensure meeting rooms are clean and ready before meetings.

• Assist in receiving and dispatching couriers.

• Manage office waste disposal and maintain overall workspace cleanliness.

• Coordinate with admin for any office maintenance requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass (preferred).

• Prior experience as Office Boy / Office Assistant preferred.

• Good communication and basic understanding of English/Hindi/Marathi.

• Honest, punctual, and responsible.
