Position: Office Boy (with Basic Technical Support)

Location: Mumbai
Joining: IMMEDIATE
Salary: 20K TO 25K

Job Responsibilities:

General Office Duties:

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises (desk areas, pantry, meeting rooms, etc.)

• Serving tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors.

• Handling documents: inward/outward courier, filing, photocopying, scanning.

• Assisting in day-to-day errands (e.g., visiting the bank, delivering documents).

• Opening and closing the office (if required).

Basic Technical Support:

• Switching on/off office equipment like printers, projectors, routers, and air conditioners.

• Assisting with setting up projectors, cables, and extension cords for meetings.

• Reporting any technical issues with office equipment to the IT/Admin team.

• Helping with basic troubleshooting (e.g., checking cable connections, restarting systems).

Coordination & Support:

• Supporting admin staff during vendor visits or equipment installations.

• Handling minor maintenance or repair tasks (e.g., replacing bulbs, fixing loose wires with supervision).

• Assisting in arranging chairs/tables for meetings or office events.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 10th Pass / SSC

• Basic understanding of office equipment

• Physically fit and active

• Polite and well-mannered

• Willing to learn and take initiative

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred

• It is a Full Time Peon job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
