• Serve refreshments (tea, coffee, water) to staff and guests.

• Maintain cleanliness of office areas, meeting rooms, and pantry.

• Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other basic clerical tasks.

• Ensure pantry supplies are stocked and maintained.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail or courier packages.

• Set up meeting rooms before events and clean them afterward.

• Support administrative staff with minor tasks as requested.
