Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office (desks, pantry, meeting rooms, etc.)
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Handle office errands such as delivering documents within or outside the office
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and printing documents
Manage office supplies and inform management when stock is low
Open and close the office (if required)
Help in setting up meeting rooms for conferences or meetings
Receive and distribute mail, parcels, and courier deliveries
Support staff with basic administrative tasks
Ensure pantry items are stocked and clean
