Job Description

Keep yourself clean
Manage time to handle multiple calls
Visit customers and keep accurate records
Explain product features and benefits

Employees are required to maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance.
Our office hours are from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Open and close the office, including locking and unlocking doors, and turning on/off lights and equipment.
Maintain office cleanliness, including dusting, vacuuming, and disposing of trash.
Serve tea and coffee to staff and visitors.
Attend reception: Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
Use safety precautions in all housekeeping services
Also be able to move outside office for any kind of task directed to you.
Assist with mail and package delivery.
Support other administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Maintain Attendance register.
Office database (receipts/bills/stationery/assets/etc..) maintenance
