Position: Office Boy
Location: Sindhubhavan road
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and close the office on time.

• Maintain cleanliness of office premises including cabins, desks, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.

• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.

• Handle internal office work such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and document delivery.

• Assist in arranging meetings and maintaining meeting rooms.

• Support office staff with day-to-day administrative tasks.

• Maintain office supplies and inform admin/HR when stock is low.

• Run office errands such as bank work, courier, bill payments, etc.

• Ensure proper hygiene and discipline in the office.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass (preferred).

• Basic understanding of office work.

• Polite, disciplined, and responsible attitude.

• Ability to follow instructions properly.

• Physically fit for daily office duties.

• Prior experience as an office boy is an advantage.
