दैनिक कार्यालय साफ-सफाई एवं देखभाल

ऑफिस परिसर, केबिन, कॉन्फ्रेंस रूम, वॉशरूम आदि की नियमित सफाई करना।

डस्टबिन खाली करना और हाइजीन बनाए रखना।

चाय, कॉफी एवं जलपान व्यवस्था

स्टाफ एवं मेहमानों को समय पर चाय/कॉफी/पानी उपलब्ध कराना।

पैंट्री क्षेत्र को साफ और सुव्यवस्थित रखना।

दस्तावेज़ और फाइल वितरण

कार्यालय के अंदर विभिन्न विभागों में फाइलों, कागजातों या कोरियर का वितरण करना।

आगंतुकों का स्वागत एवं सहायता

आगंतुकों का विनम्रता से स्वागत करना और उन्हें संबंधित व्यक्ति तक पहुंचाना।

आवश्यकतानुसार पानी या चाय की पेशकश करना।

कार्यालय सामग्री की देखरेख

स्टेशनरी, पैंट्री सामग्री, साफ-सफाई की वस्तुओं का स्टॉक रखना और आवश्यकता होने पर सूचना देना।

आवश्यक बाहरी कार्य

बैंक, पोस्ट ऑफिस या अन्य संस्थानों में दस्तावेज़ ले जाना या लाना।

अनुशासन एवं समयपालन
