Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office (desks, pantry, meeting rooms, washrooms, etc.).
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle office errands such as delivering or collecting documents and parcels.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and other clerical work when required.
Ensure office supplies (tea, coffee, cleaning materials, etc.) are stocked and replenished.
