Job Description

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises
Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors
Handle internal file movement and document delivery
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and printing documents
Support office staff with day-to-day tasks as required
Manage pantry supplies and refill when necessary
Assist with office errands, including bank, courier, and local work
Ensure office furniture and equipment are arranged properly
Follow instructions from admin/HR team
