Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises.

• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.

• Assist in handling office errands such as photocopying, filing, and document delivery.

• Support staff in basic administrative tasks when required.

• Ensure pantry supplies and stationery are adequately stocked.

• Handle inward/outward courier and maintain related records.

• Coordinate with vendors or maintenance staff when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th pass qualification.

• Polite, punctual, and trustworthy.

• Basic understanding of office etiquette.
