Housekeeping Duties
Clean the office premises two times a day• to maintain proper hygiene.
• Sweep, mop, and dust office floors, furniture, and equipment regularly.
• Clean workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, washrooms, and common areas.
• Ensure proper waste disposal and keep dustbins clean.
• Refill pantry supplies, toiletries, and cleaning materials when required.
Office Support Duties
• Serve tea, coffee, or water to staff and visitors when required.
• Assist in arranging meeting rooms and refreshments.
• Help with photocopying, filing documents, and small office errands.
• Handle courier deliveries and collect parcels when needed.
• Support staff with basic office tasks when required.
