Job Summary:
The Office Boy/Girl is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with basic office tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, etc.)
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging materials
Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and deliveries
Support administrative staff with basic tasks as required
Ensure office supplies (pantry items) are stocked and organized

Requirements:

Minimum education: 10th pass or equivalent
Basic understanding of office work
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Punctual, reliable, and responsible
Ability to follow instructions and multitask

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in a similar role
Knowledge of basic office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.)
Neat appearance and good hygiene practices
