Job Description

We are looking for an honest and hardworking Office Assistant for our Security Service Agency office near Chandni Chowk Metro Station.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Basic voucher entry and maintaining simple Excel sheets.
Software Monitoring: Monitoring Guard Attendance and Patrol Apps (Training will be provided).
Office Maintenance: General office upkeep and serving tea/water to guests/staff.
Phone Handling: Answering office calls and recording messages.
Errands: Small outdoor tasks if required near the office area.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass). B.Com candidates are preferred.
Skills: Basic knowledge of Computers and Excel is a must.
Proximity: Candidates living near Central Kolkata or on the Metro/Sealdah/Howrah line will be preferred.
Experience: Freshers are welcome.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹7,500 - ₹9,500 per month (Negotiable based on candidate)
