Role Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Boy / Office Assistant to support the smooth functioning of our office. The role involves handling daily office errands, vendor coordination, and assisting in maintaining a hospitable workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

• Run office errands including collection/delivery of documents, parcels, and other items.

• Drive to designated locations for pick-up and drop of office materials.

• Assist in vendor coordination for supplies, office maintenance, and procurement.

• Support basic negotiation with vendors to ensure cost-effective deals.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the office premises.

• Assist staff in small administrative tasks whenever required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 0–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.

• Valid driving license (mandatory for driving-related errands) should have own bike/scooty.

• Basic communication skills (Hindi/Local language).

• Familiarity with office locations and vendor markets is an added advantage.

• Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.

• Ability to multitask and adapt to different types of tasks.

• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
