Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of the pantry and common areas.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and other office items.
• Refill pantry supplies, drinking water, and office stationery as required.
• Assist in arranging meeting rooms before and after meetings.
• Support staff with basic day-to-day office tasks.
• Ensure office equipment and furniture are clean and properly maintained.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the concerned department.
• Follow company rules, maintain discipline, and complete assigned duties on time.
