Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Studio Assistant to support the daily operations of our studio. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, maintain studio organization, prepare equipment and workspaces, coordinate schedules, and provide excellent customer service to clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Open and close the studio as required.
Welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
Schedule appointments and manage studio calendars.
Prepare and organize studio spaces before and after sessions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
Assist with setting up and packing away equipment and materials.
Manage inventory and order supplies when needed.
Support the creative team during projects or sessions.
Process payments and maintain basic records (if applicable).
Handle filing, data entry, and other administrative duties.
Ensure compliance with studio safety policies and procedures.
