Office Boy

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to support daily office operations. The candidate will assist staff, maintain cleanliness, handle basic office tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of office premises, pantry, and common areas.

• Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors.

• Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery within the office.

• Assist in arranging meetings and conference rooms.

• Support office staff with day-to-day administrative tasks.

• Collect and distribute couriers, parcels, and official documents.

• Run office errands such as bank visits, vendor coordination, or bill payments (if required).

• Ensure office supplies are stocked and inform HR/Admin when replenishment is needed.

• Follow company rules, safety, and hygiene standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum education: 8th/10th pass.

• Basic understanding of office work.

• Polite, disciplined, and well-groomed.

• Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively.

• Physically fit to handle daily office tasks.

Experience:

• 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)

Working Days & Hours:

• 6 days a week | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary:

• As per company norms

• It is a Full Time Peon job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
