Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office areas, including workstations, pantry, and washrooms.
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests.
Assist in filing, photocopying, and organizing documents when required.
Handle inward and outward courier and packages.
Ensure proper maintenance of office supplies and pantry items.
Support staff in shifting files, documents, or small materials within the office or site.
Deliver documents or materials to nearby locations as instructed.
Assist in arranging meetings, chairs, and basic setup in conference or meeting rooms.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Admin or Office Manager.
